William C. Collins – Managing Director
 

Mr. Collins is a Managing Director and co-founder of Brook Point Advisors.  He has executed numerous merger and acquisition and capital raising assignments in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, software, building materials, healthcare, business services and energy services.  Prior to joining Brook Point in 2015, Bill had a 14-year career as a Managing Director with Frost Securities where he provided M&A advisory services to privately held, middle market companies.  Prior to joining Frost Securities, Bill was a Managing Director of Investment Banking for Banc of America Securities where he managed middle market public underwriting offerings, leveraged transactions and M&A transactions.  He has been involved in investment banking and leveraged finance advisory since 1983. 

 

Mr. Collins earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an A.B. from Stanford University in Political Science (Public Policy). 

 


 

 

 

Richard G. Woodward - Principal
 

Mr. Woodward is a Principal and co-founder of Brook Point Advisors and provides a wide variety of M&A advisory and supporting services to privately held, middle market companies.  Prior to joining Brook Point, Richard enjoyed a 12+ year career at Frost Securities where he led and assisted in the execution of numerous mergers and acquisitions and capital raising assignments.  Mr. Woodward has worked with companies in a broad range of industries including general industrial, restaurants, manufacturing, healthcare, media, telecom, software, business services and energy services. 

Prior to joining Frost Securities in 2003, Richard worked as an Analyst for Bank of America in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking division.  During his tenure at Bank of America, Mr. Woodward worked in the Media and Telecommunications Finance Group and participated in various capacities on public bond offerings, senior credit facility transactions and corporate debt restructurings.  Mr. Woodward holds a B.B.A. in Finance, a B.S. in Economics, and a minor in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University.
